Browse the document library

The Zilvanto library contains administrative templates organized by document type. Whether you need to send a formal budget to a client, draft a service agreement, issue a non-fiscal receipt, or track your stock levels, you'll find a template that fits. Each document listing includes a brief description of what the template is for and when to use it, so you can quickly identify what you need without reading through the entire document first.

2

Subscribe or download directly

All templates are available free of charge. You can subscribe to the Zilvanto newsletter to receive a link to the complete library — this also means you'll be notified whenever new documents are added or existing ones are updated. Alternatively, individual templates can be accessed directly from the library page. There is no payment, no credit card, and no hidden condition attached to any download.

3

Read the filling instructions

Every template in the library comes with a set of plain-language filling instructions. These explain what information belongs in each field, what is mandatory versus optional, and what common mistakes to avoid. The instructions are written for people who are not accounting or legal professionals — clear, direct, and without unnecessary jargon. Taking two minutes to read them before you start editing will save you time and help you produce a cleaner, more professional document.

4

Edit, complete, and use your document

Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, or any compatible editor. Replace the placeholder text with your own information, adapt sections as needed, and remove any fields that don't apply to your situation. Once complete, save the document as PDF for sharing or printing. Word-processing documents (.docx) can also be saved and reused as your own template for future use.

What format are the
templates in?

Documents are provided in the formats most commonly used in Argentina's small business environment.

.docx (Word / Google Docs)

Used for text-based documents like budgets, contracts, receipts, and purchase orders. Compatible with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice Writer, and Pages on Mac.

.xlsx (Excel / Google Sheets)

Used for spreadsheet-based documents like stock control sheets and weekly expense registers. Compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc.

PDF (checklist)

The monotributo registration checklist is provided as a fillable PDF that you can complete on screen or print and fill by hand. No special software is required to open it.

Frequently asked
questions

Are these templates legally valid in Argentina?

The templates are designed to follow standard Argentine commercial practice and include the fields typically expected in each document type. However, Zilvanto is not a law firm or accounting office. For documents with significant legal or financial implications — such as formal service contracts — we recommend having a qualified professional review the final version.

How often are templates updated?

We review templates periodically and update them when relevant regulations change — particularly those relating to AFIP requirements, monotributo categories, and standard commercial documentation. Subscribers are notified by email when updates are available.

Can I modify the templates for my own use?

Yes. All templates are provided as editable files specifically so you can adapt them to your business. You can add your logo, change the layout, modify clauses, and save your own version as a reusable template. The only restriction is that you may not redistribute the templates commercially or present them as your own original work.

What if I need a document that isn't in the library?

We're always looking to expand the library with documents that Argentine micro-entrepreneurs actually need. If you have a suggestion, you can let us know through the contact page or by sharing your story on the Share Your Story page. Community input helps us prioritize what to add next.

Save your edited version as a reusable template

Once you've customized a document with your business details, save a copy as your own master template. Next time you need to send a budget or a contract, you'll only need to update the client-specific information — saving significant time on every document you produce.
